SNOWMOBILE SAFETY CLASS INFORMATION 2008-2009 SEASON

The Safety Classes for the 2008-2009 snowmobile season were completed on Dec 13, 2008. Currently we don't have any additional classes planned for this season. If you are interested in attending a class in January 2009 or if you have questions please contact ythunder@merr.com.

All persons born 1/1/1985 or later are required to attend the safety class. For persons over the age of 16 a CD-ROM is available for those interested, however a classroom setting is still the safety class of choice. Contact the DNR or Rick Steimel if you would like a copy of the CD-ROM.

New this year - all students will be required to get a WI DNR customer number before completing the class. This can be done at any WI DNR licensing facility or by calling 1-888-936-7463 between 7 am and 10 pm.
